Know Extra Torrents Proxy Website List For 2020

ExtraTorrents is one of the most popular torrent websites we used for many years. But recently, it was shut down for no apparent reason and left people wanting. So, to fill that void, we need a website that can provide us the same flexibility when it comes to the content. It was created back in 2006 and became massively popular among the users for sharing content like movies, games, software, and more.

So, after the shutdown, you must be looking for a similar featured website. Well, there is no need to go beyond, your search ends here, read on the complete article.

Today we will provide a huge collection of websites that will help you access Extra Torrent once again. There are many mirror websites of Extra Torrent, available online, which can be accessed through different domain names in different countries.

Here is the updated list of Extratorrents proxy websites:

Working Extratorrents proxy list

You can again access the mirror site of extratorrent, that survived the purge in 2017. All these websites are checked and working as of the writing of this article.

• shorturl.at/kxCJL

• shorturl.at/anIZ0

You can open any one of these websites and start browsing your favorite content on the internet. Now, let’s shift our focus towards how ExtraTorrents mirror or proxy sites work.

How Proxy Sites work

Well, proxy sites act as a bridge between you and the host website you want to open. They redirect your traffic to the original website you are trying to access. When you open an Extratorrents proxy site in the URL, the traffic to that website is rerouted through an intermediary server before reaching the actual website.

That is why mirror and proxy sites are the best way to access blocked torrent websites in a particular region or country.

Why you should use Proxy Sites

Well, you know that you won’t be able to use the original ExtraTorrents website as it is not available anymore. That website had a falling out with the copyrights watchdogs, and they had to shut down their entire operation.

So, if you are looking to download content using the torrent websites, there is no better way than to use Extratorrents mirror or proxy sites. As we’ve mentioned above, there are a lot of mirror or proxy sites available of Extratorrents that can be used to access the content of the original website. And it is possible that some government agencies may try to ban these also, but you have to keep searching for new ones and keep yourself updated with the market.

Using VPN

If you don’t want to use the proxy websites, then you can use the VPN from a reputed company that has servers at multiple cities. VPN works the same way as a proxy site, and they reroute your entire traffic through an undisclosed location.

So, you can use the server of a country where Extratorrents mirror sites are not banned. And your VPN will allow you to access all other important websites as well.
